I’m Jada de Goey Teatini Climaco, Founder and CEO of The Rise and Shine Collective, and Co Owner of Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Academy.
I’m a business and entrepreneurial development mentor with over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience across multiple businesses. I specialise in holistic digital offer growth and live launching for women in service based digital businesses, supporting them to move from launches that feel draining or do not convert, into aligned and personalised launches that bring more profit and ease.
I believe in creating both life and business on purpose, not by default. For me, that means building a business that supports a full life, not one that consumes it. I’m also a long time lover of living a big, healthy life, and a proud Mumma of three boys.
In a past chapter of life, I was a Latin dance instructor and later became CEO of Australia’s longest running Latin dance studio, which I now co own with my husband. During that time, I was effectively launching new classes every five weeks. Later, I chose to carve my own path, founding The Rise and Shine Collective and launching its first program just two months after the idea was born.
My approach blends proven strategies and systems with real world experience across online memberships, courses, and high level programs. I believe strategy should be personalised, not forced. I support my clients by placing them, their business, and their life at the centre of the process, helping them build the skills, knowledge, and confidence to grow and sustain the digital business they truly desire.
At the heart of my work is supporting women to rise and shine in both life and business, building profitable and sustainable businesses that create positive ripple effects through their families, clients, and communities.
