Client Agreement / Terms and Conditions

In signing up for this one-on-one personalised coaching and consulting you understand that results vary and depend on your implementation plus ongoing learning around the best fit for you, your business, your offer and your ideal audience and that results are not guaranteed by Jada.

You are committing to show up to our sessions and to implementing to the best of your abilities throughout our agreed time together as I am agreeing to show up fully for you within the agreed framework.

Services included are as per the product description.

RELEASE: The client releases Jada from any claims or potential claims arising from participation in this coaching package.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

• The content, materials, strategies, and all proprietary information shared within our coaching sessions and communications throughout our time working together remains confidential.
• Confidential information (known as Confidential Information in this Agreement) means information that is of value to its owner and is treated as proprietary or confidential including, but not limited to, intellectual property, inventions, trade secrets or information, financial data or information, speculation, knowledge, general data or reports, future business plans, strategies, customer list and information, client acquisition strategies, advertising campaigns, information regarding employees, emotional or personal information shared during Services, or the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
  
  

PAYMENT

• If you selected an upfront payment option your initial payment covers the entirety of the package you selected, if you selected a  payment plan option your payments will draw monthly on the same day as your initial payment for the duration of your selected payment plan..
• If payment fails, it will be retried within 5 days.
• Client authorises Jada to charge all outstanding balances due until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
• If the clients card on file changes the client agrees to provide Jada with the updated information within a reasonable amount of time or upon Jada's request.
  
  

CANCELLATION AND SCHEDULING

Cancellation Policy: These coaching fees are non-refundable unless unforeseen circumstances out of your control arise, in which case a delay or hold on our work together will be the first solution.

Scheduling: Mutually agreeable coaching times (weekly or fortnightly per the package you selected) will be scheduled either in bulk in advance at a set time or week by week at the end of each session in a way that works for both client and Jada. Request to cancel or reschedule a session requires 24hrs notice, if less notice is given rescheduling is not guaranteed.

No show will forfeit that coaching session and it will not be replaced.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND TESTIMONIALS

The client acknowledges that Jada may share snippets of conversations and stories of transformation, challenges and outcomes through various social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Emails, Website and throughout marketing materials for coaching services including but not limited to: Posting, offer pages, emails and Meta Ads.

This does not include confidential personal information.
This information will be shared anonymously eg: "Today my client..." or "When working with my client..." or a snip screenshot that does not divulge your identity unless explicit permission is gained.
